The World Cup is full of star performers. But a heat press was the big star at this World Cup party!

We’re so proud to hear that a heat press was a big hit at a 2010 FIFA World Cup kickoff party recently held in downtown Toronto.
One of our clients, Trevor Peter Communications, partnered with Rogers Communications and CIBC bank to help organize the event in the heart of the city. People flocked to the park to watch the first day of games on an outdoor “drive in” style projector screen.
One really popular feature at the event was a soccer jersey customization station equipped with a GX24 vinyl cutter and a Hotronix 16″ x 20″ heat press. There was a consistent line of about 50 people waiting to have shirts personalized and the event went extremely well for Trevor Peter.
We’re happy that our machinery helped play a big part of the fun at the event and look forward to helping you with your festivals and large events, too. In fact, if you decide to take a heat press on the road, be sure to register for the Taking It To The Streets! Webinar from Great Garment Graphics. They’ll explain everything you need to take a heat press and set up shop at outdoor events.
