CAD-CUT® Templates
Launched in late January 2017, this service allows you to use exclusive Stahls’ templates and clipart to create your own unique design. In April 2017, we launched CAD-CUT Patterns, trendy and customizable patterns in a wide array of digital colors. These patterns were designed with the top trends in personalization in mind, and hundreds of trendy color combinations to choose from. No matter who you’re designing for, there’s a pattern that’s right for your market.

CAD-CUT® Silicone Dye-Block™
Launched in October 2017, Silicone Dye-Block marks the latest innovation in heat application on sublimated and dyed polyester garments, without risking dye migration. Silicone inks have been used in screen printing to stop dye migration, but the process is messy, expensive, and because of the short shelf life of silicone inks, involves a lot of waste.

Double Leg/Sleeve Platen
Quick Change platens already make your job easier with a quick release valve and several interchangeable platens to efficiently decorate a variety of items with your Hotronix heat press.
The double sleeve/leg platen is no different. This 16“ x 20“ platen has three 3.5“ x 15“ print areas, making it great for printing both sleeves and the collar area of a shirt in one press. This means time savings for you on many garments.

Muse Laser
We added a laser cutter to our equipment line up this year. The Muse laser will cut or etch PVC-free HTV, twill, fabric, leather, paper, cardboard, wood, acrylic, anodized or painted metals, and glass right out of the box.

New Thermo-FILM® Colors
The world’s #1 athletic heat transfer vinyl, is now even more colorful. We launched two CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM colors this year. Metallic Silver and Vegas Gold. These additions give team decorators more choices and better color matching with college and pro-leagues.
