Stahls’ ID Takes on Mixed Martial Arts

By Cara Cherry

Rage in the Cage

Ricky “IE BADBOY” Legere Jr.

Who says pink is for girls? Not Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) cage fighter Ricky “IE BADBOY” Legere Jr.  Well known for his signature pink hair, Rick is a professional fighter with King of the Cage.

Stahls’ ID Direct recently sponsored Rick as he took on Joe Lewis on July 10 in Lake Elsinore, CA. In an exciting fight, Rick beat out Lewis via submission when he got him in a Rear Naked Choke at 4 minutes and 10 seconds into round one.

Rick started wrestling in high school then he went on to wrestle in college. He is trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which combines martial arts, combat and self defense into one sport.  After he earned his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Rick decided to go pro with King of the Cage. The IE Badboy’s record currently stands at 15 fights with 11 wins and 4 losses.

Rick gets all his garments from Iron Fist Manufacturing and a customer of Stahls’ ID Direct. He is the only fighter to feature color coordinated logos to match his clothing. He sports black shorts with a signature pink stripe and a black T-shirt and all his sponsors names are in black, silver or white. The logos were created using CAD-PRINTZ™ Digital Transfers. The Stahls’ ID logo was cut from 3M 5807 Scotchlite Reflective material and applied with a heat press.

Check out the amazing pictures of his July 10th fight and see if you can spot the Stahls’ ID Direct logo.
