Hi Gary. Cost is dependent on the height and width of your design. The minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. There is a $26 art setup/mold fee to be paid before proofing. Once you receive your virtual proof, you can order a 5 piece sample order ($12.50) or proceed with the 25 piece minimum.
