  1. I have a customer who wants the faux leather patch pressed on a winter beanie. The beanie they want is the Carhartt brand, but it is acryllic (which when pressed it ruins the hat) any suggestions? Is this even possible or does it have to be made from a certain material?

  2. Hi Julie! Faux Leather patches are tested to adhere to Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends. Due to the extreme heat sensitivity of acrylic, we recommend testing before applying. For best results to avoid scorching, using a heat press with both bottom and top heat tends to be best. You can order a free sample pack of our Leather Patches (including Faux Leather and Faux Suede) here. Thanks for reading along!
