School sports will be here before you know it…are you ready?
The school year will be upon us shortly and now would be a great time to check your inventory in regards to your stock numbers or letters. If you offer in house cutting you will also want to check your inventory of your CAD-CUT® heat transfer materials.
Some additional checkups would be your accessories. Do you have your cover sheets, heat printing pillows, Thermo tape/pre-mask tape, vinyl cutter blades, EZ weeder® , and lettering remover solvent?
It is important to make sure that the school colors in your area are considered when stocking your inventory. If you have samples on display in your team room, know your turn around time and if it is something that is stock make sure to have that color available for a quick turnaround time.
By being ahead of the game you can give your customers assurance in your company. What I mean by that is, if your customer comes into to your store and is looking for something that you offer it is better to say “yes, I can do that for you now or I can have that done for you by this day.” If you are on the other end of the spectrum, and you can’t provide your customer with a completion time, you risk having that customer go elsewhere with their business.
