On Wednesday evening the Discovery Channel aired a Christmas episode of “Porter Ridge.” The “reality” comedy (yes, the word definitely belongs in quotation marks) follows southern Indiana junkyard owner Terry Porter and a cast of eccentric characters (including the unbelievably awesome “Elvis Larry” – the name says it all).
At the ridge’s Christmas party, the usually shirtless Terry (wearing a snazzy sweater vest) presented his wife Carrie with a gift – a white T-shirt adorned with his face. Spoiler Alert: She loved it.
People always enjoy getting pictures of their loved ones, and a custom T-shirt is a great gift to give to parents, grandparents, or anyone else on your list. I don’t necessarily recommend going Terry’s route with a huge picture of yourself, but kids, friends, and family pets would each make a shirt to make mom proud.
You can provide these unique gifts to your customers in a variety of ways. Stahls’ CAD-PRINTZ® full color digital transfers offer sharp images that can be applied to T-shirts, sweatshirts, or just about any item (apparel or non-apparel) you can think of. Has your customer ever considered giving a full-size wall graphic of himself?
If you own a print/cut system you can produce the images in-house, using CAD-COLOR® printable heat transfer materials. Even without the system, you can quickly and easily create these one-of-a-kind gifts with a laser or inkjet printer and heat transfer paper.
So, with your expert advice your customers can find great personalized, one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on their list.
