Reflective heat transfer vinyl is no longer just for safety workers or road crews. Using reflective HTV for fan wear is a great way to knock it out of the park. This look certainly does that with a mixed media application of CAD-CUT® Reflective II and CAD-CUT® Fashion-FILM® Electric.
