Finally, the wintery weather is on its way out and I think it’s safe to say the summer sun is on the horizon. While I love springtime here in Pennsylvania for the blooming flowers and trees, the introduction of bright colors on apparel and accessories is a true sign of summer for me and this year is no different. In fact, this year there are so many bright colors out that I’d like to label it as “The Year of Neons.”
