Combine the classic look of a Poly-TWILL™ background with a Thermo-FILM® heat transfer vinyl foreground for two-color numbers and letters that are more cost-effective, lighter than two layers of Poly-TWILL, and only need to be sewn once. The Thermo-FILM foreground applies with just a heat press, making it a great way to add a second color to Poly-TWILL letters and numbers without the extra weight or sewing.
For a no-sew method, apply a Thermo-FILM foreground with a SimStitch® letter or number background. SimStitch features a simulated zig-zag stitch and applies with just a heat press, saving you time and money, or from having to outsource sewing.
For truly unique two-color numbers, combine pre-cut Poly-TWILL or SimStitch backgrounds with Thermo-FILM pre-spaced number foregrounds. The following pre-spaced number styles can be combined with your pre-cut background and are available by the piece (which means no extra inventory for you):
1. Pre-Cut Varsity Poly-TWILL or SimStitch background with Pre-Spaced Varsity Fade or Varsity Pinstripe Pre-Spaced numbers.
2. Pre-Cut Team US Poly-TWILL or SimStitch background with Pre-Spaced Team US Fade or Team US Pinstripe Pre-Spaced numbers
