Another Way to Contact Us: Texting

At STAHLS’® we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to do business and get the answers you need. Our latest move has added texting as an option for contacting customer service. Texting is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM.

When to use text to contact us.

Text is best used for updates on order status, tracking numbers, and application instructions. When you need a quick answer to a question and can’t call or send email, texting is a great option. Response time is between 5-10 minutes and messages received after hours will be responded to the following business day.

Need immediate help?

If you need an immediate answer, calling is still the fastest response. Typically, within seconds of calling 800-478-2457 during business hours, you will be on the phone with a customer service representative. Please call if you are placing an order, for security reasons never provide your credit card information via text or email.

Looking for more ways to get help?

In addition to text and phone support, STAHLS’ also offers web chat and email. Web chat is great for requesting help with the STAHLS’ website and finding out order status ‒ especially if you don’t have access to your phone. You can use email if the issue is not pressing, or if you just want to provide feedback. Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours.

Get started with text messaging.

To get on-board with new texting program, text “STAHLS” to 586-371-7139. You will need to provide your name and customer number, and by opting in you agree to receive text messages from Stahls’.

Reply “STOP” at any time to stop receiving text messages.

    I am contacting you to inform you of an order I did not receive, Order #1060722.
    I have tracked the order and although it says the order was sent and delivered, we have cameras outside of our business and a FEDEX NEVER delivered this package. I am in the process of filing a claim with FEDEX, but I thought you should know also.
