With tomorrow being Veterans Day in the U.S. and Remembrance Day in Canada, NHL® teams have been honoring veterans and active duty service members with Military Appreciation Nights.

In their seventh annual Military Appreciation Night, the Detroit Red Wings gave their thanks on November 7 when they wore sublimated camouflage jerseys during the pre-game warm-up. These jerseys will be auctioned online until November 21, with collected funds donated to the organization Help For Our Disabled Troops.

On Saturday, the Columbus Blue Jackets also wore camo warm-up jerseys, while the Boston Bruins will be wearing theirs tonight, with auction proceeds going to the USO.

It’s becoming increasingly popular to support causes with decorated sport garments. From breast cancer awareness to military appreciation, this look is achievable even if you aren’t in the pros. Sublimated athletic and performance garments can be decorated with a variety of Stahls’ products using a heat press.
Several camouflage options are available in CAD-PRINTZ® full color digital text effects and number effects.   For camo customized text, try Stahls’ Any Word. Any Way.™ Sublimated SimStitch®

If you’re decorating sublimated jerseys, CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM® is your heat transfer material of choice. The number one choice for sports jerseys, it inhibits dye migration, even on sublimated polyester.

Using a print/cut system to create logos? CAD-COLOR® SuperTEK™ Sublistop™ printable heat transfer material prevents sublimated dyes from bleeding while looking great on light or dark-colored materials.

Next time a customer references pro-looks when ordering a design, keep in mind that you don’t have to compromise designs with Stahls’.
