ISS Atlantic City: A Look Back

by Peggy Elliott, Marketing

The Stahls’ ID Direct booth at ISS Atlantic City.

Recently, I attended the ISS Atlantic City show. I am fortunate to be able to attend a handful of shows a year to meet and greet customers. As Product & Training Manager at Stahls’ ID Direct™, I enjoy attending trade shows to learn more about our customers’ needs. It’s a great way obtain feedback on our products and services.

At the show this year, we featured several new products, all of which received favorable responses. The Hotronix® Air Fusion™ heat press was the show stopper. It’s perfect for high-volume decorators or for anyone looking to reduce fatigue from the repetitive motions of a manual press. Several customers who own vinyl cutters purchased our new Bling Kit. This kit allows you to try various heat transfer materials to create trendy t-shirts for display in your store.

Many of our current product and equipment offerings continue to be popular with the trade show crowd. The cap heat press continues to draw customers into the booth. I always say, selling a cap with a T-shirt is like selling the fries with the burger… and who says no to french fries? Seriously though, the cap press is perfect for decorating headwear, but also handy for applying corporate logos to polos and button-down shirts or jackets and printing on can koozies. Since it’s small and lightweight, it’s also portable. Go mobile with your heat printing business and hit fairs and festivals or craft and hobby shows.

If you were at the show and didn’t get a chance to grab heat transfer material samples or swatches, you can still get them online.

Thanks for stopping by the Stahls’ ID Direct™ booth.  As always, we appreciate your business.

Ted Stahl was also present at the show and thoroughly enjoyed speaking with several of our customers. Read his blog for his perspective on the show and a personal thank you to all of our wonderful customers.
